Four questions you may have.

How do refunds work?
Email us within 14 days of the order and say you’d like a refund — that’s the whole procedure. It works even after you’ve downloaded the document, and “it wasn’t what I needed” is a complete sentence. We send the refund to your card within 5 business days.
Can I get a receipt with my company details?
Yes — reply to your receipt email with your company name and address, and we’ll reissue the receipt. No sales tax is added to our prices, so there is none to itemize.
Is this legal advice?
No. This is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Clausebook is not a law firm: we sell documents checked against current Texas law, with plain-English explanations — an excellent starting point, not representation. Is my document data used for anything else?
